Aesthetic Arts Institute of Plastic Surgery is located at 8415 Grant Avenue, La Mesa, CA 91941, in the heart of La Mesa Village — about 10 miles east of downtown San Diego and a 15–20 minute drive for most San Diego patients. Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Susan Kaweski treats patients from across San Diego County at our on-site, accredited La Mesa Surgical Center, so your consultation, procedure, and follow-up visits all take place in one location.

Driving from Downtown San Diego, Hillcrest, or North Park

Take Interstate 8 East toward El Cajon and continue on CA-125 N towards Santee. Exit at Lemon Ave and follow signs toward La Mesa Village. Turn right onto Grant Avenue; our office is at 8415 Grant Avenue, near the La Mesa Boulevard shops. Typical drive time: 15–20 minutes outside of rush hour.

Taking the Trolley from San Diego

The MTS Orange Line runs from downtown San Diego directly into La Mesa. Exit at La Mesa Boulevard station, roughly a 10-minute walk from our office, a convenient option for pre-op consultations and follow-up appointments (please arrange a driver for surgery days).
