The Jewel med spa is my one stop shop for all my skin needs! I’ve tried a handful of different places over the years but this place has gone above and beyond and won me over for life. Both Kim and Sarah are wonderful and very knowledgeable and patient about answering all my questions and making me feel super comfortable. I never feel pressured to purchase more and I always get amazing results.The front office girls are very sweet and the spa is in the cutest building right in downtown La Mesa with easy parking in their private lot. They are very accommodating with my schedule and offer great sales and specials as well. When it comes to your face you can’t be too picky and I confidently trust the entire team here to always take great care of my skin and give me exactly what I ask for every time.
